Description
Operations & Administrative (60%)
Lead and oversee day to day operational matters during peak classroom hours (including answering telephone calls, scheduling, registration changes, faculty support, etc.)
Lead the process of room bookings, distributing, and managing curriculum
Lead enrollment, registration processes with clients and team members in person, via phone or via web
Customer Experience Management (40%)
Support our learning ambassador team to ensure assessments are booked and completed
Participate in organizing community events, coordinating contests
Support customer relations initiatives including call and email campaigns
Skills
Strong people skills
Passion for solving problems
Excited and energetic about supporting children and teachers
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (including entering data into spreadsheets)
Email management
Strong organization skills
Event management / coordination skills
